MIAMI – A Dania man is alleged to owe more than $11,000 on a student loan.
United States of America filed a complaint on Sept. 29 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against Timothy Comstock alleging that the individual failed to settle his debt with plaintiff.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges Comstock allegedly failed to pay the principal amount of his debt with plaintiff plus interest.
The plaintiff seeks principal amount of $3,653.25 plus interest of $7,007.06, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Jennifer Margolis Marquez of Newman & Marquez PA in Coral Gables.
