Driver alleges she was injured in Orange County crash

ORLANDO – A motorist is suing a driver and the vehicle's owner after a vehicle collision in Orange County.

Michele Monde filed a complaint on Sept. 1 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court - Orange County against Jennifer Eng and Dianne Eng alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Dec. 8, 2014, while she was operating a motor vehicle near the intersection of U.S. 441 and Waterbridge Boulevard, a vehicle owned by Dianne Eng and driven by Jennifer Eng collided into her vehicle. As a result, plaintiff alleges she sustained serious and permanent injuries, including loss of an important bodily function, scarring, aggravation of an existing condition, mental anguish, inconvenience, loss of capacity for the enjoyment of life, medical expenses and lost wages. 

The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because Jennifer Eng allegedly negligently and carelessly operated the vehicle.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for damages, costs, interest and for further relief as may be deemed just. She is represented by Jason P. Herman of Dan Newlin & Partners in Orlando.
