WEST PALM BEACH— A former senior property manager has filed suit against a business for alleged unpaid wages and wrongful termination.

Sally Griner filed a complaint Sept. 16 in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, West Palm Division, against Merin Hunter Codman Inc. alleging that the employer failed to fairly compensate the plaintiff for all of the hours she worked each week.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she suffered damages from not being paid her salary or any overtime compensation. The plaintiff holds Merin Hunter Codman Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly issued false representations to the plaintiff regarding her leave of absence.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant for damages, unpaid wages and any other relief as this court deems just. She is represented by Robyn S. Hankins of Robyn S. Hankins PL in Jupiter.
