MIAMI – A New York woman claims the crew of a cruise ship broke her shoulder while providing assistance.

Francis Reisman filed a complaint on Aug. 10 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Miami Division against Royal Caribbean Cruises LTD alleging negligence.
