Former employee alleges CPS Graphics owes unpaid wages

MIAMI – A former employee alleges a Broward County business failed to fairly compensate him for 36 hours he worked during his last week of employment with the company.

Vee Ramdath filed a complaint on Aug. 11 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against CPS Graphics Inc., doing business as Tambourine, alleging  violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act and breach of contract.

The plaintiff holds CPS Graphics Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay the plaintiff for work rendered.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks unpaid salary and other damages, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems reasonable. He is represented by Robert S. Norell of Robert S. Norell PA, in Plantation.
