Gail P. Dupre filed a complaint on May 23 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Miami Division against NCL (BAHAMAS) LTD, doing business as Norwegian Cruise Line, alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on July 2, 2015, she suffered a fracture on her right femur which required surgery when she slipped and fell due a puddle of water on the deck of the vessel.
