Feds file suit against Broward County man over allegedly unpaid student loans

Late 05

MIAMI – A government agency is suing a Broward County resident citing an alleged failure to pay student loans.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it has suffered damages for non-payment of loan. The plaintiff holds Boutros responsible because the defendant allegedly neglected and refused to pay his debt owed to the government in the total amount of $80,503.90, excluding attorneys' fees and charges.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks payment of the debt owed in the amount of $80,503.90, all administrative costs, prejudgment and post-judgment interest, attorney's fees and for any other relief that the court may deem proper.
