Washington attorney reciprocally suspended for allegedly failing to represent client in federal appeals case
TALLAHASSEE (Florida Record) — Washington attorney Cary Martin Clennon has been reciprocally suspended following a June 6 Florida Supreme Court order over allegations stemming from his representation in a District of Columbia criminal case, according to a recent announcement by The Florida Bar.
The U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has questioned the allegations of prejudice raised by Jeff Camarda and his wife, Kimberly, against the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. (CFP Board) during an appeals hearing.
