TALLAHASSEE – Florida Supreme Court Justice R. Fred Lewis was inducted into the inaugural class of the Army’s National Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) Hall of Fame last month, joining more than 300 other dignitaries who earned their commission through the ROTC.

ORLANDO – In January, the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA) sent a letter to Florida Realtors requesting changes to the exclusive buyer brokerage agreement form that is used in the state, but almost six months later the NAEBA said there hasn’t even been any discussion on the topic.

TALLAHASSEE – The first payment of $300 million from a settlement reached with BP Oil to cover economic damages to northwest Florida caused by the 2010 Deepwater Horizon spill is due, but distribution of the funds will have to wait until the next legislative session.
