Joseph Sparacino sues Home Depot U.S.A., Inc. for physical injuries due to negligence

In the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County, Florida, a lawsuit was filed by Joseph Sparacino against Home Depot U.S.A., Inc. and Morguard Management Company of Florida, Inc. The case number is 502024CA003722XXXAMB Div: AD and it was filed on April 20, 2024.

The plaintiff, represented by his counsel, alleges that he sustained physical injuries due to negligence on the part of the defendants. The incident occurred on July 7, 2023 at a Home Depot store located in Lake Worth, Florida which is owned and managed by the defendants. Sparacino claims that he slipped and injured himself on a wet floor caused by a leaking roof at the premises.

Sparacino is seeking damages in excess of $50,000 for his injuries which include pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish among others. He also claims that these injuries have impaired his ability to work leading to loss of earnings and future earning capacity.
