In the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida, plaintiff NATO Kiladze has filed a lawsuit against defendants Beatrice Drobiner and Gary Sturisky. The case, bearing ID 502024CA003682XXXAMB Div: AH, was filed on April 18, 2024. The lawsuit is an action for damages exceeding $50,000 exclusive of interest costs and attorney’s fees.
The plaintiff alleges that on December 18, 2023, he was involved in a motor vehicle accident with a vehicle driven by defendant Gary Sturisky and owned by defendant Beatrice Drobiner. The accident occurred on Interstate 95 (State Road 9) SB and State Road 798 (Palmetto Park Road) in Palm Beach County, Florida.
Kiladze claims that as a result of the accident he suffered bodily injuries resulting in pain and suffering, disability, property damage; significant and permanent scarring or disfigurement, mental anguish, loss of capacity for enjoyment life, medical expenses including hospitalization and nursing care treatment. He also claims to have experienced an aggravation of a previously existing condition which resulted in loss of income and earning capacity as well as past and future medical bills.
Kiladze is seeking judgment against both defendants for their alleged negligence leading to his injuries. He argues that Sturisky failed to operate the vehicle in a prudent and safe manner causing the accident while Drobiner is responsible for entrusting her vehicle to Sturisky.
