Alejandro Alvarez sues Louis Angel Quinones for motor vehicle accident damages

Alejandro Alvarez has filed a lawsuit against Louis Angel Quinones, David Thomas Allard, and Lula Technologies Inc., a foreign profit corporation, in the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida. The case number is 502024CA003659XXXAMB Div: AG and was filed on April 18, 2024. The plaintiff is seeking damages exceeding $50,000 for an alleged incident involving motor vehicles.

The plaintiff, represented by his counsel, alleges that he was operating a 2004 Ford Motor vehicle when he was struck by a 2020 Dodge Durango operated by defendant David Thomas Allard. This incident occurred on November 1, 2023 near the intersection of Haverhill Road S. and Summit Boulevard in Palm Beach County.

Defendant Louis Angel Quinones is alleged to have owned and maintained the Dodge Durango involved in the accident. Lula Technologies Inc., also named as a defendant, is accused of owning and controlling the same vehicle.

Alvarez seeks judgment for damages caused by negligence on part of Allard who allegedly failed to operate his vehicle safely leading to the accident. He alleges that as a direct result of this negligence, he suffered bodily injury including pain and suffering; disability; disfigurement; mental anguish; significant and permanent scarring; loss of capacity for enjoyment of life; expenses of hospitalization, medical and nursing care and treatment; loss of earnings; loss of ability to earn money; aggravation of previously existing condition; and loss of use.
