Robert Austin has filed a lawsuit against Raymond Ramirez and Alliance Landscaping Design Corp in the Circuit Court for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pinellas County, Florida. Austin claims to have suffered bodily injury resulting in past and future medical expenses, pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, loss of capacity for enjoyment of life among other legal damages. He also asserts that these losses are either permanent or continuing in nature and will persist into the future.
In his complaint and demand for jury trial, Austin seeks judgment against both defendants for an amount exceeding $50,000 exclusive of costs. He also demands any other relief deemed appropriate by the court under the circumstances.
