In the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pinellas County, Florida, Paula Boatwright has filed a lawsuit against ICOT Investment 1 LLC and City of Largo. The case number is 24-001711-CI and was filed on April 17, 2024. The plaintiff is seeking damages in excess of $50,000 exclusive of interests, costs, and attorney’s fees.
