Delaney Grace Doehleman sues Rodger Dell Malloy for permanent physical injuries and property damages sustained during a motor vehicle collision

In the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, plaintiff Delaney Grace Doehleman has filed a lawsuit against defendant Rodger Dell Malloy. The case, identified as 24-001399-CI, was filed on March 27, 2024 and concerns damages and demands for a jury trial due to permanent physical injuries and property damages sustained during a motor vehicle collision.

The incident in question occurred on March 28, 2022 when Malloy was operating a 2014 Chevy Malibu on Drew Street.
