Anthony Maltese Jr., in his capacity as Durable Power of Attorney Agent for Anthony Maltese Sr., has filed a lawsuit against Meadowpark Operations, LLC, HCR Manorcare, Inc., ProMedica Senior Care Medical Services I, LLC, and ProMedica, Inc. The case was filed in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit serving Pasco and Pinellas Counties under the case number 24-001496-CI on April 3rd, 2024.
The plaintiff alleges that the defendants deprived Anthony Maltese Sr. of appropriate health care while he was a patient at Meadowpark Health and Rehabilitation Center.
