TAMPA - Michelle Moyano filed a complaint on October 15 in Hillsborough County Circuit Court against Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza of North Tampa LLC for negligence, breach of warranty and strict liability violation.
According to the complaint, on March 3, 2020, Moyano consumed food from the defendant's establishment and was in good health at the time prior to eating the food. After consuming the food, Moyano began experiencing pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, loss of capacity for the enjoyment of life, expense of hospitalization, medical and nursing care and treatment, loss of earnings, loss of ability to earn money, and aggravation of a previously existing condition.
