Partner Joshua Rosenberg spoke on “Guardianship Decision-Making Processes” at the 2nd Annual Clerks’ Statewide Investigation Alliance Symposium for the Office of Public & Professional Guardians held in August 2018.
Rosenberg also served as a panelist for the National Business Institute’s program entitled “Estate Planning from A to Z” held in September 2018.
Rosenberg is a member of the firm’s Probate + Guardianship and Trusts + Estates practice groups where he represents clients in the administration and management of trusts, estates and guardianships, incapacity planning, probate litigation, will contests, voluntary and contested guardianships.
He is a former Fellow of the Executive Counsel for the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar.
