ORLANDO — A company is suing 5 Star Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Inc. for alleged breach of contract.
Commercial Beverage Systems LLC filed a complaint on July 24 in the Orange County Circuit Court, alleging that the Florida company breached its duty of good faith and fair dealing.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it was hired by the defendant to install commercial beverage equipment and other items for its business establishment. However, the defendant allegedly has not paid the balance due to the plaintiff
The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly receiving, retaining and benefitting from the goods and services rendered by the plaintiff, and for allegedly obligating the plaintiff to retain and pay for legal counsel to represent and protect its interests.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant for damages, together with interest and costs and other relief the court deems proper. The plaintiff is represented by Min Cho and Robin Nauman of Holland & Knight LLP in Orlando.
