ORLANDO — An individual is suing Images Management LLC d/b/a Images Auto Spa for alleged negligence.
Karen Arace filed a complaint on July 18 in the Orange County Circuit Court, alleging that the defendant failed to provide a safe environment for its patrons.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she was on the defendant's premises on Sept. 29, 2016 when she slipped and fell on moisture or water on the stairs, which allegedly caused injuries, pain, impairment and she allegedly incurred medical expenses.
The plaintiff holds Images the defendant responsible for allegedly allowing a dangerous condition to remain on its premises, and for allegedly failed to warn her of the imminent danger.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for damages against the defendant for compensatory damages with costs and other relief as the court deems just. She is represented by Perry M. Nardi of Nardi & Nardi PA in Maitland.
