The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant for compensatory damages, declaratory relief and lost wages, including lost fringe benefits, pre-judgment interest and further relief as is proper. He is represented by John W. Bolanovich and Joseph V. Taormina of Bogin, Munns & Munns PA in Orlando.
