FORT LAUDERDALE — A condominium operator is suing Natalie Wongsam, an unit owner, for alleged breach of contract.

Villas De Tuscany Condominium Association Inc. filed a complaint on June 9 in the Broward County Circuit Court, alleging that the unit owner breached her duty of good faith and fair dealing.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it sustained financial damages and was forced to file a statutory claim of lien due to the defendant's failure to pay for her share of common expenses.

The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly breaching their contract by failing to pay assessments and charges due to the plaintiff.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant, unpaid assessments plus accrued interest and late fees, costs and attorney's fees. They are represented by David W. Krempa of Association Law Group PL in Miami.
