ORLANDO – A patron of an Orange County restaurant alleges she was injured when she slipped on ice and water.

Cynthia Mitchell filed a complaint on June 19 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Buffalo Wild Wings Inc. alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on June 25, 2014, she was a customer at defendant's restaurant and slipped and fell due to ice and water that was left on the floor. The plaintiff holds Buffalo Wild Wings Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to maintain the floors so as to avoid hazards and failed to warn invitees of the dangerous condition.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant for damages of more than $15,000. She is represented by David R. Heil of David R. Heil PA in Winter Park.
