FORT LAUDERDALE – A Deerfield Beach law firm alleges a client failed to pay a final invoice in full.
Topkin & Partlow PL filed a complaint on June 8 in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Broward County against Patricia Lambrecht alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Sept. 22, 2015, the defendant contracted it to provide legal services. The suit states that on March 20, the plaintiff sent the defendant a final invoice of $69,742.15 but that the defendant has failed to pay this invoice despite several requests.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant for damages in the amount of $69,742.15, plus costs, fees and other relief deemed appropriate by the court. It is represented by Sanford R. Topkin of Topkin & Partlow PL in Deerfield Beach.
