Orange County man alleged to owe more than $5,000 for breached lease

ORLANDO – An apartment owner alleges that a former tenant breached his lease.

Fund Waterford Lakes LLC, doing business as Camden Waterford Lakes, filed a complaint on June 15 in the Orange County Circuit Court against Mohammed Suleiman alleging breach of lease.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Nov. 20, 2014, the defendant entered into an apartment lease with the plaintiff for a 15-month term.

The plaintiff holds Suleiman responsible because the defendant allegedly failed or refused to make monthly installment payments on a timely basis and vacated premises prior to expiration of lease term.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant for damages, unpaid rent and costs of breach in the amount of $5,958.90, prejudgment interest, late charges, costs and other relief deemed appropriate. It is represented by Drew Beinhaker of Henschel & Beinhaker PA in Hollywood.
