ORLANDO – An Orange County man alleges that he was injured at an Orlando property when he was attacked by another man.

Bennie Feliciano filed a complaint on June 14 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Parkview Hotel Management LLC, PSI Security and Investigations LLC, Public Safety International Inc. and Wright Capital Fund LLC alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Aug. 27, 2016, he was on the defendants' property and was attacked by another invitee. He alleges he sustained serious and permanent bodily injuries resulting in pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, and incurred medical care and treatment costs.

The plaintiff holds Parkview Hotel Management LLC, PSI Security and Investigations LLC, Public Safety International Inc. and Wright Capital Fund LLC responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to maintain order between customers, failed to provide adequate training for its employees and security personnel, and failed to prevent a foreseeable danger, physical attack or criminal activity.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for damages of more than $15,000 against defendants, costs of suit, prejudgment interest and other relief as the court may deem just. He is represented by Michael L. Moore of Michael L. Moore PA in Orlando.
