CLEARWATER – A supply company alleges that it was not paid for roofing supplies it provided to a Tampa business.
SRS Distributors Inc., doing business as Suncoast Roofers Supply, filed a complaint on June 15 in the 6th Judicial Circuit of Florida - Pinellas County against Elcons & Roofing LLC and Jimmy Franceschini alleging breach of contract and other counts.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it supplied roofing and insulation materials to the defendants on credit. To date, the principal amount of $21,579.65 allegedly remains due and owing. The plaintiff holds Elcons & Roofing LLC and Franceschini responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay the materials supplied by plaintiff in accordance with the terms of the contract.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seek judgment for damages against defendants plus interest, attorney fee and costs. It is represented by Robert E. Burguieres of Arnold and Burguieres in St. Petersburg.
