ORLANDO – An Orange County woman alleges she was injured while shopping at an Orlando store.

Dorothy and Bryon Haar filed a complaint on June 12 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against SuperValu Stores Inc., doing business as Save-A-Lot, and Edward Trawczynski alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on Aug. 24, 2015, Dorothy Haar was shopping at the defendants' store slipped and fell on a foreign substance that was on the floor. She alleges she suffered bodily injury in and about her body and extremities, resulting in pain and suffering, disability, scarring, mental anguish, medical expenses, and aggravation of pre-existing conditions. Her husband alleges he suffered the loss of his wife's services, comfort, society and attention.

The plaintiffs hold Supervalu Stores Inc. and Trawczynski responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to warn plaintiffs about the existing dangers of the premises and allowed a dangerous condition to exist.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek judgment against defendants, for damages, costs of action, interest and further relief to which plaintiffs may be legally entitled. They are represented by R. Barry Morgan of Morgan Law Office PA in Orlando.
