Mortgage holder alleges Largo individual defaulted on loan

CLEARWATER – A mortgage holder alleges a Largo woman has defaulted on the loan.

Bying-Eh Bissey filed a verified complaint for foreclosure on June 1 in the 6th Judicial Circuit of Florida - Pinellas County against Sandra L. Guenzel, Cordova Greens Third Condominium Association Inc. and unknown tenants.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is the holder of the notes executed and delivered by defendant Guenzel. Plaintiff is now demanding payment for the principal balance of $36,428.27 plus interest of $1,170.24, the suit states. The plaintiff holds Guenzel, Cordova Greens Third Condominium Association Inc. and unknown tenants responsible because defendant Guenzel allegedly failed to make payment due on Feb. 13. and all subsequent payments thereafter and failed to pay property taxes.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks an order determining that plaintiff has the priority in the real and personal property, award for all damages, court costs, attorney's fees and all other just and equitable relief. The plaintiff is represented by Richard P. Caton of Williamson, Diamond & Caton PA in Seminole.
