CLEARWATER — A motorist is suing Progressive Select Insurance Company, citing alleged breach of insurance contract.
Eileen Lo Sasso filed a complaint on June 1 in the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida - Pinellas County, alleging that the defendant failed to perform its contractual obligations.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she suffered bodily injuries on Nov. 6, 2015 due to a vehicular accident caused by an underinsured motorist. The plaintiff has yet to receive full payment under the insurance policy issued by the defendant. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to provide full coverage for her claim for damages.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant for all damages, costs of court, pre-judgment interest and such other relief that may be deemed appropriate. She is represented by Paul Castagliola of Paul Castagliola PA in St. Petersburg.
