Auto Owners Insurance Co. alleges that Florida Construction Services owes more than $15,000

CLEARWATER – An insurance company alleges that business failed to pay for insurance policies it had.

Auto Owners Insurance Co. filed a complaint on May 26, in the 6th Judicial Circuit of Florida - Pinellas County against Florida Construction Services Inc. alleging breach of contract and other counts.

According to the complaint, the parties entered into agreements for contracts for insurance, which were canceled in July 2016 and November 2015.

The plaintiff holds Florida Construction Services Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly has been in default by failing to timely make the full payments for the insurance policies it had previously accepted. The total amount of $15,487.58 allegedly remains due and unpaid by the defendant.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant for damages, plus interest and costs of the action. It is represented by Jessie F. Bowden and Jason D. Barlow of Bowden Barlow Law PA in St. Petersburg.
