ORLANDO – A Walmart shopper alleges a 2-foot deep hole in the parking area caused her to fall.

Deidra Budreau filed a complaint on June 2 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against FS Property Maintenance Inc. alleging breach of duty.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Aug. 16, 2014, she was caused to fall and suffer injury from a 2-foot deep hole obscured by grass in the parking area of a Walmart store, which the defendant maintained.

The plaintiff holds FS Property Maintenance Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to give invitee warning of concealed perils.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant for damages, costs of action, interest and further relief as the court deems appropriate. She is represented by Ryan Christopher Rodems of Morgan & Morgan PA in Orlando.
