Alron Construction LLC, as assignee of Donna Trautman, filed a complaint on June 2 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Auto Club Insurance Co. of Florida alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, on March 24, 2013, Trautman's property was damaged by wind, water and hail and sustained structural damage.
