Scott Todd Mark Financing alleges Happy Hour Enterprise defaulted on loan

CLEARWATER – A lender alleges a Pinellas County business failed to pay a loan in full.

Scott Todd Mark Financing LLC filed a complaint to foreclosure security interest in Florida Quota Alcoholic Beverage License on May 25 in the 6th Judicial Circuit of Florida - Pinellas County against Happy Hour Enterprise LLC, Florida Department of Revenue, The Emerald  City Group LLC, the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tabacco of the  Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and Corporation Service Co.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on June 20, 2016, defendant Happy executed and delivered a promissory note to plaintiff in the amount of $150,000, pledging the alcohol license as collateral. The suit states the note has an outstanding balance of $144,218.99. 

The plaintiff seeks judgment which forecloses out the interest of defendants in the license, provides plaintiff with a deficiency judgment against defendant Happy and such other relief as the court may deem proper. It is represented by John T. Paxman of John T. Paxman PA in Lake Worth.
