CLEARWATER – A Clearwater business alleges that a Leesburg corporation failed to manufacture a supplement to its specifications.
Bodyhealth.com LLC filed a complaint on May 17 in the 6th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Pinellas County against Fletcher Nutritional Research Inc. alleging breach of contract and unjust enrichment.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it contracted defendant to manufacture PerfectAmino tablets in January 2016 and paid a total amount of $67,800. The plaintiff holds Fletcher Nutritional Research Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to manufacture the product in compliance with the specifications and to refund plaintiff's monies.
The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek judgment against defendant for the amount of money paid, plus interest, costs of this action and such other and further relief. It is represented by Max R. Price of Law Offices of Max R. Price PA in Miami.
