ORLANDO – An Orlando man alleges his jaw was broken after he was attacked while attending a party.

Anthony Hunsicker filed a complaint on May 18 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Sarang Goodarzi alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on May 7, 2016, he was invited to defendant's residence for a small party. The suit states that in the early morning hours the following day, the defendant viciously attacked him, striking and knocking him unconscious. As a result of defendant's alleged action, the plaintiff's jaw was broken and required surgical repair.

The plaintiff holds Goodarzi responsible because the defendant allegedly attacked plaintiff without any provocation or warning and departed the state right after the attack in order to avoid prosecution.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant for compensatory damages and punitive damages of more than $15,000, exclusive of interest and costs and further relief the court deems just. He is represented by Jeremy L. Hogan of Hogan & Hogan PA in Orlando.
