Bicyclist seeks more than $15,000 from motorist after Broward County collision

FORT LAUDERDALE – A Broward County bicyclist alleges he was injured when he was struck by a motorist in the county.

Phillip Jaffe filed a complaint on May 18 in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Broward County against Charles Seraydar and Ara Seraydar alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on May 8, 2016, he was riding his bicycle on Stirling Road in Broward County when Ara Seraydar, operating a truck owned by Charles Serayder, struck the plaintiff. The plaintiff alleges he suffered bodily injury and resulting pain and suffering, impairment, disability, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment of life, mental anguish, loss of earnings and incurred medical expenses.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants for damages of more than $15,000 plus costs. He is represented by Michael S. Feinman of Michael S. Feinman PA in Lauderhill.
