ORLANDO – A citizen of Brazil and tattoo studio operator alleges an Orange County individual unlawfully converted his property.

Sergio Fores Pisani filed a complaint on May 15 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida- Orange County against Paulo Jose Ferreira and Tattoo You LLC seeking judicial dissolution and temporary and permanent injunction.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in 2015, he entered into an agreement with the defendants in his desire to establish and expand his existing Tattoo You business in the United States. However, the suit states he suffered economic damages upon discovery that the Ferreira never contributed the $130,000 capital amount as agreed, converted funds for his own benefit, inflated construction costs and refused to pay several months of rental fee.

The plaintiff holds Ferreira and Tattoo You LLC responsible because the defendants allegedly exercised wrongful dominion and control over the capital funds contributed by plaintiff, deprived plaintiff of his property and all benefits derived from it, and promoted himself as the sole owner of the images or names associated to plaintiff.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant, judicial dissolution of the business, for money damages plus prejudgment interest, and costs of action. He is represented by Scott R. Rost of South Milhausen PA in Orlando.
