GEICO Indemnity Insurance Co. seeks $100,000 from individuals for subrogation

FORT LAUDERDALE – An insurance company is seeking damages from two individuals after a collision in Broward County.

GEICO Indemnity Insurance Co., as subrogee of Gail Greene, filed a complaint on May 12 in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Broward County against Donna Ann Murray and Shavon Rasheem Murray seeking subrogation.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on April 23, 2014, Greene was injured in a collision involving the defendants and that GEICO paid $100,000 in damages for uninsured motorist coverage.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendants for $100,000 in damages, plus interest and costs. It is represented by Julie E. Yates and Bruce H. Schiller of Law Office of Yates & Schiller PA in Boca Raton.
