Consolidated Electrical Distributors Inc. alleges Tropical Solar Energy failed to pay invoice

CLEARWATER – A Palm Harbor business is alleged to owe more than $100,000.

Consolidated Electrical Distributors Inc. filed a complaint on May 16 in the 6th Judicial Court of Florida - Pinellas County against Tropical Solar Energy LLC and Christopher Mazzone alleging failure to pay.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it supplied certain goods and materials to defendants on credit. According to the statements, the sum of $107,011.61 allegedly remains due and unpaid. The plaintiff holds Tropical Solar Energy LLC and Mazzone responsible because the defendants allegedly failed and refused to make payments for the said amount.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants in the principal amount of $107,011.61, plus interest, attorney's fees, costs and such other appropriate relief. It is represented by R. Jeffrey Stull of R. Jeffrey Stull PA in Tampa.
