Woman claims she was injured in fall at The Club at Feather Sound Condominium Associations

CLEARWATER – A Clearwater property is facing a suit from a woman who alleges she was injured in a fall on the premises.

Yolanda Gonzalez-Kilichowski filed a complaint on May 15 in the 6th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Pinellas County against The Club at Feather Sound Condominium Associations Inc. alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Dec. 4, 2016, she was injured after tripping and falling on a fixture that obstructed a walkway at the defendant's property. She alleges she sustained bodily injuries resulting in pain and suffering, disability, mental anguish, loss earnings and incurred medical expenses.

The plaintiff holds The Club at Feather Sound Condominium Associations Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly negligently allowed the existence of a dangerous condition in its premises, failed to warn the plaintiff, and failed to remove or remediate said condition.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages of more than $15,000, plus costs of these proceedings. She is represented by Christopher M. Reynolds of Corless Barfield Trial Group in Tampa.
