CLEARWATER – Two individuals allege they were injured in a collision in Clearwater.
Tony Doan and Tina Tran filed a complaint on May 15 in the 6th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Pinellas County against Heidi Hackney alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on July 22, 2016, they sustained serious and permanent injuries resulting in physical and mental pain resulting from a collision with the defendant near the intersection of Gulf-to-Bay and Park Place boulevards
The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek judgment against defendant for damages of more than $15,000, plus costs of this suit and all other relief to which plaintiffs are justly entitled. They are represented by Matthew S. Carney of Carey Leisure & Neal in Clearwater.
