Passenger alleges injuries after collision on Interstate 4

ORLANDO – A Winter Garden woman alleges she was injured in a collision caused by a Norwegian man at the intersection of Interstate 4 and the state Road 408 exit ramp.

Nadia Sampson filed a complaint on May 12 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Paul Schafroth alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Oct. 22, 2015, while riding a vehicle as a passenger, the defendant carelessly maintained his vehicle so as to collide with the motor vehicle driven by a third party, which then collided with the plaintiff's vehicle. As a result, plaintiff alleges she sustained bodily injuries, scarring, disability, aggravation of an existing disease and loss of wages. 

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for damages against defendant, for personal injury including losses, costs, interest and other relief as may be just. She is represented by Steven J. Tomesko of Dan Newlin & Partners in Orlando.
