FORT LAUDERDALE – A Broward County driver claims he was injured in a collision in the county.
Derek Walker filed a complaint on May 12 in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Broward County against Keith L. Parker and Andrew Singh alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Sept. 10, 2016, Singh was operating a vehicle owned by Parker and collided with the plaintiff near the intersection of NW 73rd Avenue and Inverrary Boulevard in Broward County. The plaintiff alleges he sustained bodily injury and resulting pain and suffering, disability, aggravation of a pre-existing condition, mental anguish, loss of earnings and incurred medical expenses.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants for damages of more than $15,000, costs and interest. He is represented by Paul Galsterer of The Injury Firm in Fort Lauderdale.
