Motorist seeks benefits from State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co.

FORT LAUDERDALE – A driver is seeking benefits from his insurer after a collision with an uninsured motorist.

Maxim Romero filed a complaint on May 11 in the Broward Circuit Court against State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. alleging

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Aug. 28, 2015, he was injured in an accident on Dykes Road in Broward County with an uninsured driver. The suit states that the defendant insured plaintiff's vehicle at the time of the incident, and that there is now a dispute between plaintiff and defendant on coverage and amount of damages plaintiff is entitled to. 

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for damages of more than $15,000 against defendant. He is represented by David W. Singer of David W. Singer & Associates PA in Hollywood.
