Motorcyclist files suit against three after collision in Broward County

FORT LAUDERDALE – A motorcycle rider alleges that he was struck and injured by a motorist near South Flamingo and Stirling roads in Broward County.

Juan Suarez filed a complaint on May 11 in the 17h Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Broward County against Anna Turi, Brigida Turi and Ferenc Turi alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Oct. 31, 2016, he suffered bodily injury and resulting pain and suffering, impairment, disability, inconvenience, aggravation of a pre-existing condition, mental anguish, loss of earnings, and incurred medical expenses as a result of the negligence of Anna Turi in operating a vehicle, owned by her parents and co-defendants, so that it collided with plaintiff's motorcycle. 

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants for damages of more than $15,000 plus costs of court. He is represented by Marc P. Lyons and Philip M. Snyder of Lyons, Snyder & Collin PA in Plantation.
