FORT LAUDERDALE – A couple has filed a suit against the owners of a South Ocean Drive property after the wife fell.

Sharon and Gerald Brisson filed a complaint on May 11 in the Broward Circuit Court against Summit Towers Condominium Association Inc. alleging negligence.
