Woman seeks damages after collision in Orange County

ORLANDO – An Apopka woman alleges she suffered bodily injury after an auto accident in Orange County.

Tiffany Moya filed a complaint on May 11 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Charles Nunley alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on July 5, 2016, she was operating her vehicle near the intersection of U.S. Highway 441 and Overland Road in Orange County when the defendant struck her vehicle. She alleges she suffered bodily injury, loss of an important bodily function, impairment, disability, inconvenience, aggravation of a previously existing condition, mental anguish, loss of earnings and incurred medical expenses.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for damages of more than $15,000 costs, interest and other relief as may be just. She is represented by Lance Weber of Dan Newlin & Partners in Orlando.
