Driver seeks damages from Orange County woman, State Farm after auto crash

Car accident 15

ORLANDO – An Orange County driver's alleged negligence is blamed for a collision in the county.

Nhien Dao filed a complaint on May 11 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Kristen Raser and State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. alleging negligence.

As a result, plaintiff alleges he sustained serious injuries, including pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, medical and nursing expenses and lost wages. The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for damages against defendants, post-judgment interest, compensatory damages, non-economic damages, together with fees and costs as allowed, and such other relief as the court deems just. He is represented by Andres I. Beregovich of The Beregovich Law Firm PA in Orlando.
