Pinellas County man alleges injuries after auto accident in Orlando

ORLANDO – Two Georgia residents are named in a lawsuit by a Pinellas County man regarding a collision in Orlando.

Oziel Notario filed a complaint on May 8 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Robert and Chante Hill alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Sept. 5, 2015, he was a passenger in a vehicle traveling on Meadow Creek Drive in Orlando when Chante Hill, driving a vehicle co-owned with Robert Hill, failed to yield to the right of way and collided with the plaintiff's vehicle.

He alleges he has suffered bodily injury and resulting pain and suffering, impairment, disability, inconvenience, mental anguish, loss of earnings and incurred medical expenses.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants for actual and compensatory damages of more than $15,000, prejudgment interest, plus costs. He is represented by TJ Grimaldi of McIntyre, Panzarella, Thanasides, Bringgold & Todd PA in Tampa.
